Escape Room: The Game is a 3–5-player puzzle game with a 60-minute play time, bringing the escape room experience to your home.

Choose from four unique escape room adventures, each built around three stages of puzzles. Examine images, gears, words, keys, shapes, maps, and more as you work to uncover the answers before time runs out.

The centerpiece is the Chrono Decoder, an analog timer that counts down relentlessly while emitting ominous noises. When your team believes it has solved a stage, slide four keys into the decoder. A wrong answer costs a precious minute, making every attempt matter.

If a puzzle leaves you stuck, slide a hint card into the Hint Decoder to keep the investigation moving. The four scenarios vary in difficulty, offering a progression of challenges for groups with different expectations.

• Prison Break: Escape your cell within an hour after ten years in prison for a crime you did not commit.
• Virus: Stop a deadly liquid from the broken bottle before it kills everyone in the room.
• Nuclear Countdown: Investigate a bomb threat with a table full of alarming materials.
• Temple of the Aztec: Enter a dangerous temple in search of the legendary Eye of Aztec, said to be the largest diamond ever known.

Escape Room: The Game includes the Chrono Decoder needed for the experience, while additional escape room expansions can provide more puzzles. This entry is the original base game containing the four scenarios listed above.
