About this expansion

Carnegie: Departments and Donations Expansion is an expansion for 1–4 players with a listed play time of 180 minutes, released in 2022. It adds four modules that broaden the available content and provide new ways to customize a game.

The first module, A New Beginning, introduces a notepad for customizing your starting resources. This gives players a dedicated way to adjust the resources they begin with, using the options provided by the expansion.

The second module adds 16 new departments. There are two of each department, for a total of 32 department components. These additions expand the department selection available during play while remaining clearly organized as a separate module.

The expansion also includes New Donations, with four new donation tiles. These tiles add further donation content to the game and complement the new departments included in the box.
