About this expansion

Paris: Eiffel is a two-player expansion for Paris: La cité de la lumière, designed for a play time of approximately 30 minutes. It adds eight new action postcards and a collection of die-cut figures that bring Paris above the table in a spectacular third dimension.

Set against the inauguration of the Universal Exposition, the expansion celebrates the landmarks and architectural ambition of Paris. Gustave Eiffel’s tower rises over the city, provoking strong reactions as both a monstrous iron cyclops and a first step into modern architecture.

The new postcards provide far more variability in the game, expanding the possibilities available during play. Alongside the postcards, the die-cut figures add a visible three-dimensional presence to the evolving Parisian setting.

Paris: Eiffel invites players to visit several of the city’s most recognizable marvels, including:

• The Eiffel Tower
• The Arc de Triomphe
• The obelisk of Luxor
• The Louvre Museum
