About this expansion

Runebound: Relics of Legend is an expansion for 2–6 players, with a play time of approximately 120 minutes, designed for Runebound: Second Edition.

During the Dragon Wars, the free cities of Terrinoth created powerful items for their champions. These Relics of Legend included Artifacts, Weapons, Armor, and magical animal statues that could become living Allies for the heroes of the land.

Now the relics are scattered, and those who gather them may claim great power. This expansion adds new options to the Market, giving players more items and allies to discover during their Runebound adventures.

The expansion is designed to be simple to add to the basic game. There are no new rules to learn: shuffle the cards into the Market deck, begin playing, and let the new Relics of Legend enter your game.

As part of the Runebound series, Runebound: Relics of Legend expands the card pool while preserving the existing structure of Runebound: Second Edition. Its new Market cards bring the scattered treasures of Terrinoth directly into the game, offering a focused way to extend the base experience.
