About this expansion

7 Wonders (Second Edition): Leaders is an expansion for 3–7 players, with games lasting around 40 minutes. Released in 2020, it adds renowned personalities to the civilizations of the 7 Wonders base game.

At the beginning of the game, choose from a selection of Leaders. These exceptional men and women influence the development of your city throughout the game, each bringing their own effect and creating new strategic possibilities.

Queens, astronomers, philosophers, and generals can all stand at the head of your civilization. Choose them carefully to support your plans and contribute to your greatness, while neglecting them may allow rival cities to benefit from their talents instead.

The expansion introduces Leader cards alongside two new Wonder boards. It adds new rules to the 7 Wonders base game, but the victory conditions remain unchanged. 7 Wonders Leaders is an independent expansion and is compatible with the other 7 Wonders expansions.
