BattleCON: Wanderers of Indines

About this board game

BattleCON: Wanderers of Indines is a 2020 BattleCON set for 2–4 players, with games lasting approximately 25 minutes. It is an official, contest-driven expansion to the BattleCON universe, created through fan submissions and selected by the Level 99 team.

The project began as a stretch goal in the Devastation of Indines campaign, announced in January 2013. After the goal was met, Level 99 committed to creating a future BattleCON set shaped by its community. Submissions opened in April 2014 and closed in October 2014.

Each participant could submit up to three character concepts, with entries describing a character’s appearance, lore, and play style. Only one character per person could win. The Level 99 team then chose finalists to become full, tournament-legal characters in the finished boxed set.

All winners were notified, and many publicly revealed themselves and their winning submissions, although not every winner had been officially listed in the available description.
