Dead Panic

About this board game

Dead Panic is a cooperative zombie survival board game for 2–6 players, with games lasting about 90 minutes. Each player takes the role of one of eight unique characters, combining special abilities with teamwork to survive waves of undead.

The action centers on a remote cabin at the middle of the board. Zombies close in from the edges while the players search for the radio pieces needed to call for rescue. Holding the cabin is only part of the challenge: once rescue arrives, every surviving character must leave the cabin and make it out alive.

Players use cards from the cabin deck to fight back and improve their chances of survival. Weapons support attacks at a distance or in hand-to-hand combat, while other items provide useful benefits. Supplies are limited, and when the cabin deck is exhausted, it is not reshuffled.

• Eight unique characters: Each character has special abilities that shape how they contribute to the group.
• Defensive combat: Use weapons and items against the advancing undead.
• Changing roles: Characters who suffer too many injuries die and return as zombies with customized rules.
• Event cards: A separate deck brings different zombies into play and gives each draw a special effect.

With the zombie forces growing and the supply of useful cards dwindling, every decision matters as the group tries to hold out long enough for rescue. But survival is not guaranteed when the final escape begins. Can your characters endure Dead Panic and reach safety?
