Distilled: Cask Strength is a 2024 mini-expansion for Distilled that supports 1–5 players and is designed for games of about 150 minutes.

This small-box expansion adds more complexity and variety through four distinct additions. New distillery upgrades and special flavors broaden the possibilities, while upgraded premium ingredients introduce unique effects to the ingredient mix.

With the upgraded premium ingredients, players can replace some or all of the current sugar cards. Each premium ingredient now has its own effect, creating additional complexity and opportunities for combinations.
