Final Girl: Madness in the Dark is a one-player horror board game for a 60-minute session, released in 2023. Set in Wolfe Asylum, it challenges you to survive the Ratchet Lady’s terrifying treatment and the bloodthirsty maniacs she creates.

The asylum may look harmless to outsiders, but inside, residents and staff face a horrifying medical regime. The Ratchet Lady is turning victims into maniacs, leaving you to decide whether to calm them down or kill them before they can kill you. Whatever approach you take, the true threat remains the Ratchet Lady herself.

Wolfe Asylum is filled with unsettling sounds, from echoing voices and laughter to cheers from bingo games in the common room. These noises are only a prelude to the screams produced by the Ratchet Lady’s brutal brand of care.

Medicine and other drugs hidden inside the asylum can amplify your abilities, but they may also bring dangerous side effects. When the alternative is death, taking the risk may be your only option. Every choice adds to the desperate struggle for survival.
