Ghost Fightin’ Treasure Hunters: Anniversary Edition is a cooperative and competitive board game for 2–5 players, released in 2024. In a crumbling haunted manor, jealous ghosts guard eight precious jewels, and the players must decide whether they are brave enough to enter.

Players work together to explore the manor’s spook-filled halls and search for the treasure. Each roll of the die allows movement deeper into the house, but it may also summon another ghost. As the spirits’ numbers grow, the danger increases.

To win in Cooperative Mode, everyone must work as a team to find all eight jewels, battle the greedy ghouls, and escape before the house becomes fully haunted. The growing ghost population keeps the pressure high as the search continues.

The Anniversary Edition also introduces Head Haunter Mode, a new one-versus-all option. One player controls the ghosts against up to four other players, creating a different challenge from the fully cooperative game.
