About this board game

Globetrotting is a travel-planning board game for 1–4 players that plays in about 30 minutes. Released in 2023, it challenges you to plot three epic trips for the coming year while pursuing travel goals and staying under budget.

Each round, three Destination cards are revealed. Players simultaneously choose a destination and add it to one of their three trips, drawing the travel route directly on their own globe. A built-in circular ruler in the globe stand measures each flight’s distance, helping determine its cost.

Longer flights may take you farther across the world, but they also make your plans more expensive. Careful route planning is essential as you build trips that satisfy your personal objectives without exceeding your budget.

• Destination selection: Choose from three newly revealed destinations each round.
• Bucket List cards: Score by accomplishing your travel objectives.
• Travel Buddy Goals: Coordinate with neighboring players to meet in the same place at the same time.
• Global Objectives: Race everyone else to complete shared goals first.

In addition to your own Bucket List, you can earn points through shared Travel Buddy Goals with each neighboring player. Coordinating routes and timing can turn another player’s plans into an opportunity for both of you.

Everyone is also racing to be the first to complete the Global Objectives. With simultaneous decisions, measured flight routes, personal goals, and shared objectives, Globetrotting turns world travel into a compact strategic puzzle. The player who checks off the most travel goals wins.
