About this board game
Here, Kitty, Kitty! is a competitive cat-collecting game for 3–6 players that takes about 30 minutes to play. Lure cats onto your property, move them between its zones, and outwit your opponents as everyone tries to claim the neighborhood’s adorable kitties.
Each player has a Property board divided into three zones: the Yard, the Porch, and the House. Cats in the House score 5 points each at the end of the game, while cats on the Porch score 3 points and cats in the Yard score 0 points. However, keeping cats in your Yard can help with special scoring conditions, including having the most cats of one color or the most cats overall.
- Neighborhood: All 40 cat miniatures begin in the center of the table.
- Two actions per turn: Move a cat, play a card, or discard cards.
- Card effects: Move multiple cats, move cats multiple spaces, steal cats from opponents, or make opponents give up cats.
A cat can be moved one space for one action, such as from the Neighborhood to the Yard or between zones on a property. Players draw back up to a full hand after taking both actions, while red-bordered Instant cards are played immediately and affect the entire group.
In Here, Kitty, Kitty!, the final round begins when a player draws the last card from the draw pile. Every player, including that player, then gets one final turn to improve their position. After the cats are counted, the player with the strongest cat-collecting score wins.
