Heroes for Sale is a dynamic card duel for exactly two players, with each game lasting about 20 minutes. Set in 2077, it takes place in a world dominated by huge corporations that care about one thing above all else: credit.

Players send superheroes into the game round after round, hiring them to attack and destroy the opponent’s bases. But these heroes have no morals. If the opposing player is willing to pay more, a hero will not hesitate to turn against the player who recruited them.

At the heart of the game is a constant struggle over which heroes you can keep. Whoever bids the most gets the available hero, creating a tense contest in which every recruitment offer can change the balance between the two sides.

• Two-player card duel: Compete directly against one opponent.
• Hero recruitment by bidding: Let the opponent take a hero or overbid to claim that hero yourself.
• Base attacks: Use your heroes to destroy the opponent’s bases.

Each turn follows a clear rhythm. First, you attack with all your heroes. Then, a new hero is played, and your opponent makes an offer to recruit that hero. You must decide whether to let the hero go or make a higher offer and take them for yourself.
