About this board game
Schotten Totten 2 is a two-player card game that plays in about 20 minutes, casting one player as the attacker and the other as the defender in a battle to breach the defender’s walls.
The core gameplay will feel familiar to anyone who has played Schotten Totten, but this contest introduces new twists. Players assemble their forces by playing cards one at a time into formations at seven locations across the battlefield. Each location holds between two and four cards, as shown on its spot.
At most locations, the strongest formation claims the position. However, that is not always the case, making every battlefield decision matter. Strength is determined by the poker-style hands players create as they build their formations card by card.

The defender has three boiling oil tokens available to clear out the attacker’s cards, providing a distinctive way to respond to an advancing assault. Meanwhile, the attacker must work toward breaking through the wall by building stronger formations at the right locations.
The deck contains cards numbered 0–11 in five colors, along with ten tactical cards. With limited space at each location and competing formations developing across the battlefield, Schotten Totten 2 offers a compact duel focused on card placement, poker-hand strength, and pressure from both sides of the wall.
