About this expansion

Star Realms: Crisis – Heroes is a 2014 expansion for Star Realms designed for 2–6 players. It introduces a new card type—heroes—to the Star Realms experience.

Unlike other Star Realms cards, heroes enter play as soon as they are purchased. This gives each hero an immediate presence in the game, rather than requiring it to wait for a later turn.

Every hero also features a scrap ability. Scrapping a hero provides a specific effect and turns on ally abilities for the turn, creating an additional way to use these distinctive cards.

The expansion contains 12 cards featuring heroes and characters from across the Star Realms setting:
