About this board game

Taverns & Dragons is a board game for 1–5 players that takes about 60 minutes to play. The King is coming to the city, and the tavern offering the most tempting banquet will win his favor.

To prepare your feast, send your minions across the land in search of rare ingredients. Magic mushrooms, wild plants, dragon eggs, and other valuable resources await, but gathering them may lead your minions to dangerous places.

The game combines dice placement with worker movement. Roll your dice and decide how to use your minions: move them through the land, collect ingredients, visit unique locations, or cook recipes. You can also undertake daring dragon hunts as you build your path to victory.

In Taverns & Dragons, prestige points are the key to victory. Earn them by cooking recipes, accomplishing missions, engaging esteemed heroes, and hunting dragons. When the game ends, the player with the highest prestige total claims victory—and the chance to offer the King’s most tempting banquet.
