The Bloody Inn: The Carnies

The Bloody Inn: The Carnies is a 2017 expansion for 2–4 players, with games lasting about 60 minutes. It brings a traveling carnival to the inn, adding 52 new cards across three separate modules that can be combined in any way.

The inn now welcomes unusual guests including a bear tamer, a bearded lady, a knife thrower, and a fortune teller. These carnies introduce a new type of guest, and the expansion can be played with or without its event cards.

During the end of the round, before the police investigation step, an event must be resolved if at least one carnie occupies a room of the inn or a trailer. The new cards also provide additional ways to deal with guests, including the wolf trap, the well, and the snow pile.
