Tyranno Ex is a strategy game for 2 to 4 players, with an approximate play time of 120 minutes, that brings evolution to the table through changing environments, survival, and dinosaur combat.

Players select their animals and guide them through rapidly passing millennia. During each game round, every player attempts to alter the environment to better suit the characteristics of their chosen dinosaurs. The environment is never simply a backdrop: it determines which animals can continue living and which face extinction.

Surviving environmental changes is only part of the challenge. Dinosaurs that endure the current conditions must also withstand a round of combat against opposing players’ dinosaurs. Predators seek to secure their place at the top of the food chain, making survival a continuing struggle from one stage of the game to the next.
