The Last Droids

About this board game

The Last Droids is a 2025 board game for 1–4 players, with games lasting around 40 minutes. Set in a world of depleted natural resources, it casts players as robot repairmen helping humanity survive by recycling the last remaining droids.

Each turn, the active player draws two Droids, then decides which one to give to an opponent and which one to keep. After that, both players simultaneously choose what to do with their Droid. They can recycle it, repair it, or sacrifice it to build a Dwelling.

1. Draw two Droids.
2. Give one Droid to an opponent and keep the other.
3. Simultaneously recycle, repair, or sacrifice the chosen Droid.

The game includes six different types of Droid and fourteen Habitations, each offering its own scoring system. Four of the fourteen Habitations are used in each game, creating variety and replayability as the scoring conditions change from one session to the next.

Every decision can affect your collection and your opponents’ options. The simultaneous, high-impact choices keep the game intense and eliminate downtime, while resource management and careful selection of robot wrecks shape your path to victory.

At four players, team play adds another layer of planning, with strategic exchanges between partners. At the end of the game, each repaired Droid scores Leaf points, and the droid maker with the most Leaf points wins. With its compact turn structure and changing Habitation combinations, The Last Droids offers focused competition in every game.
