About this board game

Dawn of Mankind is a board game for 2–5 players that takes about 60 minutes, following clans as their people move along paths, gather resources, raise children, create art, and discover new ways of doing things.

Your clan’s journey unfolds through the experiences of its people. Members of the clan grow old and eventually die, while the choices made along the way shape how you progress and how many points you can earn.

Movement and timing are important. Pay attention to when your food is going to spoil, and consider where other people may want to go. If they choose a path you have already traveled, they may inadvertently help you along your way.
