About this board game

Om Nom Nom is a game for 1–6 players that takes about 20 minutes to play, combining dice rolls, simultaneous card play, and clever prediction.

Across three rounds, dice represent different kinds of prey and are arranged on the game boards. Players use their hunter cards to try to eat that prey and gain victory points, while also capturing cards played by other players.

Each round follows four phases:

• Roll: One player rolls all the dice, which are then arranged on the game boards.
• Play: Everyone plays all six predator cards, one at a time. Once each player has selected a card, the cards are revealed simultaneously.
• Score: Players score points for the cards and dice they captured.
• Cleanup: After all six cards have been played, everyone gathers their cards back into hand and prepares for the next round.

The heart of Om Nom Nom is guessing what the other players will do. Will you be the only hunter brave enough to send a mouse after the cheese, or will everyone choose the wolf because no rabbit could resist a tempting supply of carrots?

During the play phase, the revealed cards determine the action as players resolve their predators by capturing available dice and other players’ cards. Careful timing and anticipation can turn a tempting target into a trap.

After the third round, the player with the most victory points wins. Released in 2013, Om Nom Nom offers a compact contest of risk, prediction, and opportunistic eating.
