Maya is a tactical tile-laying game for 2–4 players, with games lasting approximately 45 minutes. Set in the time of the Maya, it challenges players to help build a civilization across the Yucatán peninsula.

New cities arise around temples as the game develops. Large cities hold power, but that power can be gained by supplying their residents with food. Players must cultivate the resources needed to support these growing communities while considering how each decision affects their influence.

Plant corn, squash, potatoes, and peppers to increase your influence in the cities. The available crops and expanding settlements create a changing landscape in which every tile placement can contribute to your plans for building a stronger civilization.
