About this board game

Thor is a 2002 board game for 2–6 players, with a playing time of about 30 minutes. It is a revised version of Botswana, also known as Loco, Flinke Pinke, and Quandary.

The game features several “stocks,” represented here by God cards. Each stock has a limited number of identical shares. Players are dealt cards that change the values of specific stocks, creating a changing value landscape throughout the game.

On a turn, a player plays a value card and takes a stock. For each stock, only the last value card played counts. A round ends when all the values have been played for one stock, and multiple rounds are played before the scores are totaled.
