About this board game

Ausgerechnet Uppsala is a 2006 geography game for 2–6 players that plays in about 20 minutes. Players learn the locations of cities and sights across Europe by arranging cards according to their relative positions.

Each location card provides geographical information, including its longitude and latitude. The challenge is to place each new card correctly in relation to the cards already on the table. This creates a shared arrangement where every placement can be examined by the other players.

When someone doubts the accuracy of a placement, they may challenge it. If the accusation proves correct, the player who made the inaccurate placement must give out a scoring marker. The game rewards careful geographical judgment while keeping every placement open to scrutiny.
