About this board game

Sherlock Far West: Disparos al amanecer is a cooperative mystery game for 1–8 players, with cases that take about 60 minutes to play. A duel at dawn has ended in a strange way, and your team of detectives must discover who did it, how it happened, and why.

Each case presents 32 clue cards. Players reveal the information one card at a time, choosing cards from their hands and placing them on the table so everyone can read or see them. Reading shared information aloud helps the whole team build a common understanding of the mystery.

Not every clue is useful. Playing an irrelevant clue can cost points at the end of the game, while other clues may be vital to resolving the case. You can discuss your theories at any time and talk about the cards in your hand, but you cannot show those cards to the other players. Only the words in bold or text framed inside an image may be read aloud from a card still in your hand.

  • Reveal or discard clues while managing the information available to the team.
  • Share theories and connect details without showing unrevealed cards.
  • Answer the final questionnaire after reviewing the complete case.

When all clue cards have been revealed or discarded, work together to prepare a theory of what happened. During this final phase, you may freely discuss discarded cards or information you remember from them, then answer the questionnaire. Every correct answer adds two points, giving your investigation a clear measure of success.

With its western setting, careful information management, and group deduction, Sherlock Far West: Disparos al amanecer challenges detectives to decide which details matter before reaching the truth about Tornado Town.
