About this board game
Sherlock Far West: Pacto con el diablo is a collaborative mystery game for 1–8 players, designed to be played in about 60 minutes. In the small Wild West town of Tornado Town, graves have been profaned, and your team of detectives must discover who did it, how, and why.
Each case presents 32 clue cards. Players reveal the information one clue at a time, choosing cards from their hands and placing them on the table so everyone can read or see them. Reading shared information aloud is recommended, helping the group build a complete picture of the strange events.
Not every clue is relevant. Playing an irrelevant clue costs points at the end of the game, while other clues may be vital to resolving the case. You can share theories and discuss the cards in your hand at any time, but you cannot show those cards to the other players. Only words in bold or text framed inside an image may be read aloud from cards still in hand.
- Reveal or discard clues until all 32 cards have been handled.
- Discuss theories and connect the information made available to the group.
- Answer the final questionnaire together, with each correct answer adding two points.
Once every clue has been revealed or discarded, the team carefully reviews the available information and prepares a shared theory of what happened. During this final phase, you may freely discuss discarded cards or any details you remember from them.
With its combination of deduction, limited information, and careful clue management, Sherlock Far West: Pacto con el diablo challenges your group to uncover the macabre secret hidden in Tornado Town.
