Trivial Pursuit: Master Edition is a trivia game for 2–6 players with an approximate play time of 60 minutes. Released in 2009, it is the successor to the Genus edition and combines familiar Trivial Pursuit gameplay with a fresh set of questions.

The edition includes 3,000 all-new questions, designed to challenge even experienced Trivial Pursuit players. Because the questions are up to date, the game is also intended to be easier to enjoy with people from newer generations.

The objective is to collect a wedge of each color by answering questions. Once the required wedges have been gathered, players face the final master question. Answer it successfully to become the MASTER.
