Bye-Bye Black Sheep is a 30-minute card game for 2–5 players, in which you blindly draw cards from one another while collecting a specific number of animal trio cards.
Set during an animal holiday, the game turns a simple idea into an exciting test of luck and risk. Each draw may bring you closer to your goal, but pushing your luck can have an unwelcome result.
The key danger is the black sheep. Draw one, and it is bye-bye for you: the black sheep scares away all the animals waiting at the watering hole. Decide how much risk to take as you work toward the required collection of trios.
- Blind card drawing: Draw cards from one another without knowing exactly what you will receive.
- Trio collection: Gather the specific number of animal trio cards needed to achieve your goal.
- Push-your-luck tension: Take more chances to progress faster, while avoiding the black sheep.
Along the way, you may come across the helpful eagle, the spying mole, and the thieving magpie. These distinctive animals add character to the search and make every draw worth watching.
Inspired by the Chinese saying, “When walking in a group of three, I must be able to learn from my companions,” Bye-Bye Black Sheep invites players to discover whether fortune favors their next draw. Will you collect enough trios before the black sheep interrupts your plans?
