Bronze

About this board game

Bronze is a family strategy game for 2–4 players, with games lasting around 90 minutes. Set in the Bronze Age, it challenges players to lead their people toward prosperity while laying the foundations for a bright future.

Careful planning is essential because opponents are always developing their own plans, and the available lands cannot support everyone. Use technology cards to found settlements, expand into new territory, and pursue important advances such as inventing the wheel, taming animals, creating clay pots, and mastering the basics of construction.

The game board is divided into seven distinct landscapes:

• Mountains
• Forests
• Plains
• Savannahs
• Jungles
• Deserts
• Coasts

Players compete to occupy as much territory as possible in each landscape while discovering new lands that have never seen people before. The struggle becomes especially intense around the trading routes, which provide money and news from neighboring peoples.

The more settlements you establish in a landscape, the richer the trade caravan that travels to your people. These caravans bring victory points, and the player with the strongest overall result wins the race for prosperity. In Bronze, every decision helps shape the foundations of statehood.
