About this board game

Aquatica is a family engine-building game for 1–4 players, with a play time of about 60 minutes. Set among underwater kingdoms, it casts each player as a mighty ocean king seeking glory for their realm.

To win, you must capture and buy locations, recruit new characters, and complete goals. Each of these accomplishments contributes victory points at the end of the game, creating several ways to develop your kingdom and pursue success.

Every card in your hand offers a unique set of actions. By combining those actions thoughtfully, you can create powerful turns and take up to ten actions in a row. The game is easy to learn, but its card combinations reward careful planning and a strong strategy.
