About this board game
DONE I AM is a silly card game for 2–5 players that takes about 20 minutes to play, released in 2025.
The game is built around a simple objective: be the first player to have the phrase “I AM DONE” in front of you. Of course, this is DONE I AM, so even that straightforward goal may come with a catch—especially if anyone has read the T&Cs.
On your turn, choose one of two actions. You may draw one card from the draw pile into your hand, or play one card from your hand face-up into the discard pile and perform its effect, if it has one.
- Draw a card to build your hand.
- Play a card face-up to the discard pile.
- Resolve the card’s effect when applicable.
- Try to get “I AM DONE” in front of you first.
The game consists of a handful of cards— theoretically 83, although curious things can happen and there may end up being fewer. That odd detail captures the intentionally playful spirit of the experience: DONE I AM is not meant to be taken too seriously.
You can play it on its own or combine it with the cards from I AM DONE for the ultimate “I AM DONE I AM” experience. Whether played as a standalone card game or shuffled together for the expanded combination, it offers a compact and humorously unpredictable way to spend around 20 minutes.
