KUNE v LAKIA: A Chronicle Of A Royal Lapine Divorce Foretold is a two-player game of courtly influence and behind-the-scenes intrigue, with each game taking around 30 minutes.

The royal wedding of Duke Kune and Princess Lakia once brought celebration to every warren in the Bunny Duchy. Now, after a petty argument grows into a fight serious enough to summon the royal guards, the marriage has reached its inevitable confrontation: Kune v Lakia.

One player acts for the Duke, while the other represents the Princess during the divorce proceedings. Each player begins by drawing a hand of five assets, including manors, jewelry, and abundant wealth. These assets become the means to influence the members of the royal lapine court and advance each side’s position.

• Influence the abbot, sorceress, duke’s sister, king, and knight.
• Gain favors and hatch plots through cards added to your deck.
• Use cards to influence courtiers, hide property, and hinder your opponent.

Every favor gained and plot hatched can shape the proceedings. Your cards give you further opportunities to protect what matters, manipulate the court, and interfere with the opposing player’s plans. With both sides working to secure their interests, every decision contributes to the struggle.
