Save Doctor Lucky is a 2000 board game for 3–7 players that takes about 30 minutes to play. Set aboard the Titanic on April 14, 1912, it challenges players to rescue Doctor Lucky as the ship sinks around them.

You have accompanied the old doctor on the liner’s maiden voyage, but saving him is far from simple. Doctor Lucky believes his good luck will protect him, rebuffs attempts to help, and continues wandering through the doomed ship’s passageways.

Players move around the sinking ocean liner while trying to collect items that help save Doctor Lucky. However, everyone else is pursuing the same goal and can interfere by playing failure cards, making each rescue attempt more difficult.

This clever twist on Kill Doctor Lucky changes the objective from ending Doctor Lucky’s luck to preserving him through the disaster. The doctor’s stubborn behavior and the actions of competing players create a tense, humorous struggle as everyone tries to be the one who saves him.

Save Doctor Lucky is a sequel to Kill Doctor Lucky. The game was later expanded by Save Doctor Lucky on Moon Base Copernicus and The Doctor Lucky Ambivalence Pack.
