Arcane Bakery Clash is a two-player resource management game with a 30-minute play time, released in 2018. You and a particular co-worker at the Arcane Bakery settle a workplace dispute with a no-holds-barred duel after closing.

In this contest, your resource is time—specifically, the time needed to cook magical treats. Each turn, you may choose two actions to prepare recipes and bring their effects into play.

• Put a recipe card in the oven.
• Peek into an oven if you have forgotten what you started cooking.
• Turn up the heat and advance the track on the back of a recipe card.
• Take a recipe out of the oven and put the card into play.

The treats you bake provide the means to affect the duel. Some can reduce your opponent’s health, while others can heal you or allow special actions. Managing your available actions and the progress of your recipes determines how quickly you can make these effects happen.

The duel ends when a player’s health is reduced to zero. That player loses, and their opponent wins. According to the bakery’s challenge, the loser must also resign and clean up the mess.

With its focused two-player format and time-based cooking system, Arcane Bakery Clash turns recipe preparation into a direct confrontation between co-workers. Every oven action contributes to the race to bake the treats that will decide the match.
