About this board game

Pack of Heroes is a two-player card game that plays in about 20 minutes, set in a fun parallel universe of vintage comic books. Each player assembles a team of heroes and battles to decide who will control Power City.

The game features 30 different heroes, each represented by a card modeled after a vintage trading card. The front shows the hero and gameplay information about their powers, while the back features fun stats and an origin story.

Before the fight begins, players can choose one of the set starting teams or draft their heroes. Drafting creates almost countless team combinations and lets you explore unusual combos and synergies. It also works as a mini-game, as both players try to assemble the best possible team.

Combat in Pack of Heroes uses a unique power card system designed to deliver the excitement of dice-based combat while reducing randomness. On your turn, you either bring a hero into play or use cards from your hand to activate one of your heroes’ amazing special abilities.

With team selection, drafting, distinctive hero powers, and tactical card play, every battle offers new possibilities. Assemble your lineup, find powerful synergies, and send your heroes into the fight for control of Power City.
