Activity 2

About this board game

Activity 2 is a party game for 3–16 players, with a playing time of approximately 60 minutes. Players communicate ideas in three different ways: by describing them verbally, acting them out through pantomime, or drawing them.

This edition introduces 2,500 new ideas, giving the game a substantial collection of prompts for group play. Its board has also been redesigned, while the rules have been slightly changed from the well-known Activity format.

A notable change is the choice between three different card stacks. Each stack allows movement of a different distance, so players can choose cards that let them move:

• 3 spaces
• 4 spaces
• 5 spaces

This choice adds a clear movement decision to the word, drawing, and pantomime challenges. As players progress around the redesigned board, reaching the same field as an opponent has an additional consequence: that opponent must go back one space.

With its combination of verbal explanation, physical performance, and drawing, Activity 2 offers varied ways to convey the ideas on its cards. The three card stacks and the updated board rules distinguish this edition while preserving the central Activity concept.

Released in 2002, Activity 2 is designed for larger groups of up to 16 players and provides a 60-minute party-game experience centered on creative communication and board movement.
