About this board game

We Didn’t Playtest This: Legacies is a fast, silly card game for 2–15 players that takes about 10 minutes to play. It is a standalone 60-card game with mystery packs, and it introduces a lasting twist to the unpredictable fun of the original We Didn’t Playtest This at All.

Each Legacies card includes an Owner slot and a picture. When you win a game, you claim ownership of the last card you played by writing your name in its Owner box. That ownership is permanent: the name stays on the card forever.

Ownership is more than a keepsake. If you own a card, you ignore it whenever it tells you that you lose. As games continue, the cards you have claimed can give your future plays a personal and lasting connection to previous victories.
