Holding On: The Troubled Life of Billy Kerr is a cooperative board game for 2–4 players, with play lasting about 60 minutes. Players take on the roles of nursing staff caring for a terminally ill patient in his final days.

Billy Kerr is sixty years old and has been given days to live after suffering a massive heart attack on a flight from Sydney to London. When he arrives, there is little to go on beyond his name, age, and desperate condition.

Working together, players must provide Billy with appropriate care while responding to medical emergencies and gradually gaining his trust. The game combines the immediate demands of nursing with a deeply personal mystery: discovering the memories and experiences that shaped Billy’s troubled past.
