Dice Age: The Hunt is a board game for 2–4 players that plays in about 30 minutes, challenging tribes to hunt, prosper, and become the most powerful tribe of the Dice Age.

Each tribe sends its hunters into six different hunting grounds. Tribes compete to be recognized as the most worthy hunters, because only the worthy hunters may hunt in a particular ground. With more hunters comes a better chance of success, making every hunting ground an important place to contest.

The game unfolds across four generations, represented by four rounds of gameplay. Over that time, each tribe thrives in its own unique way, developing a distinct identity as it works toward becoming the true ruler of the Dice Age.

Some tribes become proud warriors who conquer vast lands, while others follow barbaric yet powerful figures. A tribe may also grow rich through trade as a merchant people.
