About this board game

Axis & Allies: North Africa is a World War II board game for 2–4 players with an approximately 300-minute play time, released in 2024. Players command either the Axis forces of Germany and Italy or the Allies, represented by the United Kingdom and, eventually, the United States.

Take charge of a campaign shaped by the distinctive challenges of the North African fighting. Intercept enemy convoys heading toward North African ports while protecting your own, and demonstrate your logistical prowess by keeping your forces supplied.

Victory depends on more than battlefield momentum. You will need to show ingenuity as a general, make meaningful decisions across the campaign, and seek to change the course of history while earning the respect of your opponents.

Axis & Allies: North Africa includes two scenarios, offering different ways to experience the conflict:

• Rommel’s Last Push: Play the full 14-round campaign, following the Afrika Korps and Italian forces as they advance toward Tobruk and the gates of Cairo.
• Operation Torch: Experience a shorter 8-round scenario beginning with the Americans’ arrival in November 1942, as the Axis is squeezed from two directions toward its final holdout in Tunisia.

Whether you command the Axis or the Allies, the North African theater puts convoy protection, supply, and strategic ingenuity at the heart of a long-form World War II contest. Choose your scenario, lead your forces, and determine whether history follows its familiar path.
