About this board game

High Score is a press-your-luck dungeon adventure for 1–4 players that takes about 45 minutes to play. Choose a character, prepare your skills, and begin crossing an unknown dungeon filled with challenges on the way to a waiting final boss.

Dice are the heart of every turn. Your character has a determined dice pool, and you must decide how many dice to spend when confronting each dungeon card. Every card presents a difficulty to overcome, making each choice a test of judgment and nerve.

Spend enough dice to succeed and you move on to the next card. Fail, and you lose a life. The central question is simple but tense: how many dice should you use now? Commit too much and your options may shrink; hold back and the current challenge may cost you.
