About this board game

Tetris Link is a 2011 board game for 2–4 players that takes about 15 minutes to play. Based on the popular video game Tetris, it challenges players to drop tetromino blocks into a shared grid while building links and obstructing their opponents.

On each turn, players add a tetromino to the tower grid. The goal is to connect pieces of the same color, creating valuable groups while carefully managing the available spaces. Every placement can improve your own position or make it harder for another player to complete a scoring link.

Players score points by linking three or more same-colored tetrominos. However, the grid also rewards careful planning: leaving empty spaces in the tower results in lost points. This creates a balance between pursuing large links and avoiding placements that damage your final score.
