About this board game

TRND is a card shedding and set collection game for 3–5 players, with a play time of about 30 minutes. Players take cards and discard one or more identical cards that match either the color or the type of the cards on the discard pile.

Each play combines straightforward matching with meaningful timing decisions. Look for cards that fit the current discard pile, manage the cards in your hand, and decide how far to push your luck as the game develops.

The central challenge is balancing card shedding with scoring. You want to improve your score, but the other players are also working to empty their hands. If they finish first, you may be left with no points, making every decision increasingly important as the game progresses.
