About this board game

Imagem & Ação 2 is a Pictionary-style drawing game for 4–16 players, with an average play time of 60 minutes. It uses the same basic rules as Pictionary, known in Brazil as Imagem & Ação 1.

The game adds an optional challenge die. At the beginning of the match, all players can agree whether to use it. When included, the die introduces a special condition that changes how the drawing is created.

The challenge die features five different icons:

• Pencil: no challenge; draw as usual.
• Hand holding a pencil: right-handed players draw with their left hand, while left-handed players draw with their right.
• Closed eye: draw with your eyes closed.
• Continuous line: draw without lifting the pencil from the paper.
• Two fingers: make two drawings.

These optional challenges add variety to the familiar drawing format, asking players to adapt their technique while others try to identify the result. Some turns simply use the standard drawing approach, while others introduce an unusual limitation or an extra drawing.

Released in 2002, Imagem & Ação 2 offers a flexible way to play: keep the familiar Pictionary-style rules on their own, or include the challenge die for a more demanding and playful drawing experience.
