About this board game

Exposed is a 2–6 player game that takes about 45 minutes, putting you in the role of a thief infiltrating a boat party. Your goal is to steal as many wallets as possible without anyone discovering which guest you really are.

The playing area is a grid of tiles showing the party’s guests. These characters may include a fireman, physicist, accountant, and others. One of these guests represents you, but your identity is hidden from the other players.

Every guest has a wallet, and you can steal one whenever you are adjacent to that guest. Moving around the grid is therefore both an opportunity and a risk: each move gives other players information about who you might be.

• Use careful movement to keep your identity concealed.
• Choose between aggressive and sneaky play.

To succeed in Exposed, you must balance your appetite for wallets with the need to remain unidentified. A bold move may bring you closer to victory, but it can also reveal information that helps the other players expose you.

You win by stealing enough wallets or by being the last player left unexposed. With its hidden identities, positional movement, and constant tension between taking risks and staying concealed, Exposed turns a crowded boat party into a contest of careful deduction and opportunistic theft.
