Exceed: Shovel Knight – Shadow Box is a two-player tabletop fighting game that brings fast-paced, head-to-head arcade action to the table in around 25 minutes.

Choose one of four fighters from the Shovel Knight universe, each with a distinct deck of special moves and supers. Play your cards to unleash fireballs, dragon punches, deadly combos, and other powerful attacks as you battle for control of the fight.

• Plague Knight: Add unexpected additional effects to every bomb and turn bigger explosions into bigger trouble.
• Polar Knight: Unearth spikes of ice, control the arena, and use defense and tactics to wear down opponents.
• Treasure Knight: Use a trusty hook, powerful armor, range, resources, and positioning to gain the upper hand.
• King Knight: Lay down royal decrees with some of the most powerful and expensive cards in the land.

Each character offers a different way to approach the battle. Plague Knight focuses on explosive surprises, Polar Knight shapes the arena, Treasure Knight thrives across every range, and King Knight brings regal authority to the fight.

The Exceed Fighting System lets any fighter battle against any other, regardless of origin. In this box, the four Shovel Knight characters create a self-contained lineup for two-player clashes, with every fighter ready to bring their own moves, tactics, and attitude to the arena.
