About this board game

BarBEARian Battlegrounds is a 2018 strategy game for 2–4 players that plays in about 30 minutes. Each player leads one of four clans of adorable bear-warriors competing to build the best neighbearhood in the forest.

This is no peaceful picnic. Rival clans are also fishing for glory, so your bears must be ready to defend their villages and protect their hard-earned progress. Gather resources, develop your home turf, and look for opportunities to pillage neighboring villages as your clan grows in fame.

BarBEARian Battlegrounds combines several engaging mechanisms in one compact experience. Its simultaneous secret-action system keeps every clan making plans at the same time, while dice puzzles add an element of decision-making to your actions. Worker placement gives your bears important jobs as you build toward a legendary future.
