About this board game

Scandaroon is an engaging card game for 3–4 players, played over four rounds in about 60 minutes. Each round, players use their dealt hands to compete in creating a high-scoring row while also seeking to minimize their opponents’ scores.

Every card combines a scoring value, a suit, and an effect or ability. These special abilities can modify the scoring values of other cards, creating a quizzical challenge as players work to improve their own row and influence the scoring around them.

Victory points are awarded for specific achievements during the game. These include earning the highest score in a single round, while the value of victory points may change as the game develops. The result is a contest in which each round contributes to a changing overall picture.
