About this board game

Suburbia + Inc. is a tile-laying city-building game for 1–4 players, designed for ages 8 and up, with games lasting about 90 minutes. Each player develops a town from individual building tiles, aiming to create an economy and infrastructure that can become both self-sufficient and profitable.

As your town expands, its buildings change two important measures: income and reputation. Increasing income gives you more cash to spend on increasingly valuable buildings, including an international airport and a high-rise office building. Increasing reputation attracts more population, and the player with the largest population at the end of the game wins.

The buildings available vary from game to game, helping ensure that every session presents a different set of possibilities. Players also compete for several unique goals, each offering an additional population boost and another way to advance their growing town.

This edition includes the Suburbia Inc. add-on in the same box. It adds new tiles representing the boundaries of the playing field, with bonuses for their owners, along with more than a dozen new building tiles. The expansion also introduces new income-boosting bonuses and reputation-raising tasks connected to intermediate in-game objectives.

With its combination of spatial development, economic growth, reputation management, and population competition, Suburbia + Inc. offers a complete town-building experience for solo play or groups of up to four players.
