Pocket Train Game is a super-compact 18XX-style train game for 2–4 players, with an approximately 180-minute playing time. Across seven game rounds, players invest in railroad companies, expand railway networks, and compete to finish with the highest combined wealth in money and shares.

Players develop the map by building and upgrading tiles with track, then establish train stations. Trains run between stations, carrying people and goods to generate money for company shareholders. Every decision connects investment, network growth, train operations, and the changing fortunes of the companies in play.

Despite its compact format, Pocket Train Game delivers a rich train game experience with a broad range of classic 18XX-style developments. Companies can own other companies, merge, take over rivals, and use special abilities, while the flow of available trains creates pressure throughout the game.
